Privielle sells digital PDF travel guides and curated booking tips. We do not sell or book travel services directly. Our products are for informational purposes only.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a non-tangible, non-refundable digital product delivered via email or instant download.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to digital downloads (PDFs), images, copywriting, branding, graphics, and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Privielle and is protected under Spanish, EU, and international copyright laws.

Legal Action

3. Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable, as the products are digital and delivered instantly.

  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
  • You will receive a confirmation and download link via MailerLite.
  • Make sure your email address is correct before purchasing.

Billing and Taxation Terms

The Service Provider issues invoices in accordance with the tax regulations in force in the Canary Islands.
As the Canary Islands are outside the EU VAT territory, the local indirect tax — IGIC (Impuesto General Indirecto Canario) — at a rate of 7% is applied, except in cases where reverse charge taxation applies.

Invoicing for Private Individuals

Invoices issued to private individuals will always include 7% IGIC, as the Canary Islands are not part of the EU VAT system.

Invoicing Process

The Service Provider issues an electronic receipt, which is sent via the Stripe system to the email address provided during purchase.

Invoices are issued with a unique serial number and timestamp, ensuring full compliance with the legal requirements of the Canary Islands and Spanish tax authorities.

4. Use of Our Products

You may use our products for personal travel planning only.
You may not:
